Mr. Jacob Sisey

Sisey is currently serving as a member of the Nandi County Public Service Board and also as acting secretary/CEO of the Board.

Sisey holds a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management Option) from Moi University and a Bachelor of commerce (Accounting option) from Kenyatta University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management (Strategic Management Option) at Moi University. He is also pursuing a Certified Secretary at KASNEB.

He is a full member of Kenya Institute of Management and a Co-founder of Landson Foundation that assists the society through talent for education. He is currently serving as the BOM Chair, St. Francis Girls High School, Mosoriot.

Prior to this appointment, Sisey has served as the acting Secretary, County Public Service Board. He also served as Chair, County Human Resource Advisory and Management Committee, County Tender Awards Committee and Member, County Rationalization Committee.

Sisey has also worked as the Chief Officer Transport & Infrastructure and CO Trade & Investment. He worked with Agricultural Finance Cooperation as a Manager and other capacities.
